amandathewebdev on "Setting up a Multisite with pre-existing sites/subdomains"

Hi all,

I've never worked with a multisite before. I have a main site, and three subdomains I'd like to merge into a multisite. These are all already built and exist on their own WP installs. I'm looking for info on the best way to do this.

Is that still applicable now? Thanks in advance for your help!

The Codex has documentation that references the current version of WordPress, so it should be up to date:

I am also migrating to a new hosting service. Would it be easier to migrate and then create a multisite or create a multisite and then migrate?
