Hey, thanks for checking in. Sorry you're experiencing issues.

Since this plugin moves everything to the footer, that can break items that rely on the jQuery sequenced before the slider (in the head). It's likely that either jQuery needs to stay in the header or FancyBox needs to as well. Some items require jQuery in the html before the slider elements.

Luckily, there's an option set up for keeping jQuery in the head (a checkbox option in Settings > Scripts to Footer). Also, if you need fancybox in the head, you can use a filter (and, if fancybox is queued correctly, this might be all you need to do, and otherwise you can leave jQuery alone).
