I did try uninstalling and reinstalling kirki, but i'm struggling to figure this out. Any help would be very much appreciated

Fixed, will be released later today.
However if you could confirm the fix I'd greatly appreciate it.
Please checkout the develop version by downloading the zip file from here: https://github.com/aristath/kirki/archive/develop.zip
Please note you may have to rename the folder of the downloaded version to "kirki" in order to have everything working properly.

At the moment version 2.2.1-beta.0 works for me. But still waiting for new update. Thanks!

I'm using Quidus theme version 2.107 at the moment.
