mini on "[Plugin: Import any XML or CSV File to WordPress] multiple images from server"

This is my first serious use of WP All Import.
The objective is to make our offline inventory visible in woo-commerce.
So Far, WP-All-Import does do the job very well! The Product specifications, descriptions are now imported (by XML-feed); even the entire Product Categories hierarchy!
Unfortunately: the corresponding pictures -that are already in the folder /wp-content/uploads/wpallimport/files/ don't appear. The XML-feed does not contain images fields/elements.

The typical name of the images is: productnumber-sequencenumber-shortdescription.jpg
It includes 1 to 5 pictures per product.
Thus, I try to convince wp-all-import to get all the images with the same productnumber to accompany a corresponding-product-description (with that productnumber).
I entered image filenames (in the All-Import image-field) wildcards like: productnumber-*-*.jpg and productnumber-*.jpg and just the productnumber.
Please, help me further!

I forgot to mention: {arti.arti_code[1]} is the XML productnumber-element.
The right code must be something like this (i am not a code-hero):
{arti.arti_code[1]}-wildcard.jpg
I also tried the FOREACH Loop (wpallimport.com/documentation) but that does not work - I guess- because the images are not declared within XML elements.
Please point me to the right direction!

Thanks for your generous reply..!
Meanwhile (thank God), the producer of our inteal-product-database-application has created finally a field for (just) one image (in the XML export); which All-Import elegant imports as featuring image. It works fine. Now the multiple images per product still remains the last obstacle...
