Is it possible to include a caption under the image which links to a separate website?

For example:

I'm using Foo Gallery to create a discography for a musician. It's perfect for displaying the album covers, but I want to link to iTunes to purchase each CD. Either by a link under the full size image, or by clicking the full-size image itself.

Is that possible?
