Hey there @spanner555 - it looks like you shared more info on the ticket for us - thank you so much for that.

I'd ask anyone who can contribute to look at the GitHub issue (if you aren't comfortable using Github just post here, that's absolutely fine!) ... in order to help with troubleshooting we need as much information as possible about your server and site setup - some of the information included above via @spanner555 is great and helps us to track this, also more information like we might get via the support module could help ... if you want to provide this you can easily copy and paste that on GitHub or here.

To do that, go to the BackUpWordPress page on your site and then go up to the right upper coer of the admin page and click on the "Help" tab there. A drop down menu will appear, and you can go the to Server Info tab (look on the left side of the dropdown, at the top to find this tab) - and just copy and paste that information for us.

We might then have further questions, but this level of information will help us to track and link together what might be behind this slowdown issue, okay?
