The url names of job info pages are unnecessarily long. For an example, how do i make the url length for the following page more concise, shorter and nice:
http://digimarketjobs.com/job/red-circle-graphics-paris-7-software-website-planner/
Btw, i am unfamiliar with confidently changing the functions.php because of a lack of PHP code understanding.

To insert the snippets code in the functions.php of the theme, i am using 'code snippets' written by shea bunge. However, permalinks of the jobs and resumes are staying long and unattractive.

By default, it prepends the company name, location, and job type ( https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/blob/c838d6ee3a3d0fd224d666bfee55f58517e10cf6/includes/forms/class-wp-job-manager-form-submit-job.php#L470 ).
