We have created our donation form, set up our gateway and emails, and all appears to be working well, however one of our donors mentioned that it was difficult to fill in the donation form because there were no labels on the form in the Personal Info, Credit Card info and Billing Details areas. Tus out he was using Inteet Explorer, where we had been previewing the form in Chrome. The floating labels appear in Chrome and Firefox, but not Inteet Explorer. Does anyone know how to make them appear in IE? Or, is there a way to add a regular label to the fields in those areas? Thanks!

Hey @jseth - which version of IE specifically?

We are using IE11 and not seeing the floating labels. I don't know what version the donor was using, however. Since they did not see the floating labels either, it may be IE11 or it just might not work with previous versions also.

Can you provide a link to your site so we can see the problem live?

It looks fine in Chrome and Firefox, but no floating labels display in IE. I did notice, however, in IE, that when you click in the text box and start typing, the label does appear, however this is not satisfactory, as the label really needs to be displayed. Thanks.

I've also noticed that checking or unchecking "Enable Floating Labels" produces no effect in any browser, the floating labels do not go away.
