nhurt on "[Plugin: All-in-One Event Calendar] Time.ly incorrect timezone via gcal"

I am importing a ical or .ics feed from google calendar. I have the timezone set for my timezone however the events are all +7hrs. I have tried deleting feed then reestablishing feed. using both UTC on and off. Any other suggestions?
