Vincent Mimoun-Prat on "[Plugin: WP Customer Area] Updated core plugin and all addons, now it dosen't pick up the default skin"

Hi All

I updated the core plugin and all of the addons I have (Authentication Forms, Enhanced Files, Front Office Publishing and Switch Users) to the newest version.

Since I have done that it does not appear to be picking up the default skin or any skin at all.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Have you tried setting the skin manually in Settings > WP Customer Area > Frontend?

Do you have a custom skin?

No There is no custom skin. The skin is set to use the default one called 'Main plugin folder - master'.

I have figured out that there must be a theme conflict because when I change the theme to twenty sixteen it picks up the default skin css without a problem.

I am currently using a custom theme that is quite outdated and old now. This is the live version of the site () which does not have the plugin. I am working from a offline copy.

What is the best way to fix this conflict?
