I just updated my wordpress to 4.5.2 and my pages are loading with no images just a load of text like

How do i get back my site?

That looks like shortcodes that are not loading. What shortcode plugins are you using on your website?

im sorry to say i have no idea the short code plugin is on the site I purchased a theme from Rocky.com called Nimva

Sounds like a visual composer plugin, which might be built into your commercial theme

The above is not an image, it is a shortcode. https://codex.wordpress.org/Shortcode I don't know what the above shortcode is meant to display, or what plugin/theme is generating it.

Can you please provide a link to your website. Also try deactivating all your plugins and switching to a different theme for a moment.

I have updated my theme and it installed a new plugin called

WPBakery Visual Composer

and now it looks to be working fine, sorry to trouble you.
