aimeecar3 on "Plugins won't load on my blog"

HI,
A few months ago whenever I tried to log into WordPress I could log in then the screen just went blank and I couldn't go any further. I managed to fix this issue but ever since my plugins haven't been working. The widgets on my side bar such as my Instagram, Pinterest etc won't load, the title is coming up but the pictures won't load. I have contacted my theme developer and they said that none of my CSS and JavaScript files seem to be enqueueing correctly. ( You can see that in the screenshot here http://imgur.com/17j9d3e) I then contacted my hosting site and they weren't able to help much all he did was add a permissions code.

I am just looking for some help in how to fix the issue.

Have you tried:

- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

- re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files - from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

For the last one do I delete the files on my computer or on the wordpress site? I'm a little clueless when it comes to these things haha

Everything has to be done on the WordPress site. It is completely unconnected to your computer.
