When do you see this? We migrated to WP term meta so this is no longer used.

I got a notification on WordPress that woocommerce update is available. Once I updated the plugin, I started getting this error.

Where though? Have you ran the database update yet? Big prompt at the top of the screen after updating.

You mean the prompt that says "Welcome to WooCommerce – You‘re almost ready to start selling" ? I don't have any prompt about database update.
