musicalhelp on "Moving WP Site to New Web Host?"

Hi, I'm moving my domain to another hosting provider and I wanted to get a second opinion from someone on it.

What I plan to do: After the domain has been transferred:

I have copied entire site folders and files for backup.

I will create an Sql database and install WP on new site.
Then install my theme.
Then remove by FTP the WP starter themes 14,15,16.
Then I will upload my entire backup site overwriting the new theme (same theme as old site).

Theoretically, I'm thinking that will do it. My site should be up and running immediately after FTP upload and overwrite of WP and Theme.

Since I used a backup copy of the site on old host, all my image and page & posts links, etc will be good to go. No need to edit anything really.

Am I correct? Do you think this will work good? Am I overlooking anything which I need to know or do? Thanks for any input.
