cirtap on "[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Gallery tab on dashboard wont show up"

Widget plugin Nextgen stopped working after updating. Could not resolve the problem so as a last resort I uninstalled NextGen and re-installed the plugin. Now the plugin is installed and enabled, but will not show up in dashboard ??
