I can't get the popup to work on mobile, only desktop. I have another website with the same theme and the popup works. The only difference is that for the site I'm having trouble with, I use a theme switcher which serves a different theme for desktop and another for mobile. By default the desktop theme is active (because you can only have 1 active) but a plugin I have serves the other theme for mobile only.
Does that make sense? So is there a way to get the popup to work? Thanks
