Hi. Great plugin! I have a question prior to purchase. Does Media File Renamer PRO allow renaming directly from the library list, or do I need to click on 'edit' icon to rename it?

Yes, right now it is only possible within the Media Edit page. But you are right, I should a add this directly into the Media list through an option (not by default, I think it's a bit messy to have too many columns).

Does this plugin rename the files into Spanish?
