Where did you pull that screenshot from? Did you piece together a couple of different screenshots or was that one page with those things together like that?

I'm a little confused by what I'm seeing here because the error looks like one that would be displayed on a PayPal page, and you're mentioning Express Checkout, but then the info above that looks like it would come from a WooCommerce screen, and it mentions Credit/Debit card as if you're using Pro instead of Express.

In any case, the error message seems pretty straight forward in that Express Checkout must not be configured on the account you're working with. The interesting thing about that is that EC is a default feature that is typically enabled on all accounts.

My only guess is that maybe you're attempting to set this up with a personal PayPal account and not a business account..?? Can you please verify that your account is indeed a business account with PayPal?
