MH Themes on "[Theme: Hueman] Flexslider Background Colour Change"

Great theme. Really enjoying it.

One thing I'd like to do is skin the FlexSlider in a different colour to make it stand out from the main article area.

I read an article with instructions to do this but it did not work when I tried it.

you could for example do something like:

#flexslider-featured { background: #ebebeb; padding: 20px;
}

In order to add custom CSS code to your website, you could make use of plugins like Simple Custom CSS.
