I am using WordPress 4.5.2, hosted on our servers with Firefox 47.0.

I type anything into the "Field Name", the mouse cursor won't even select it.

I try to select the "Field Type" and nothing happens, no dropdown at all, unselectable just like the text fields.

Yes got the issue. Thank you for pointing it out. For now you can use chrome browser for lead form. It will work fine.
We will release fix in our future plugin update.

No problem, I did switch to another browser but thought you'd like to know about the issue.

I know there is an issue with the latest releases of Firefox which causes this issue to happen under certain circumstances, maybe the wrappers around the elements or something like that!

This issue resolved with the last update.
Please check.
