I understand it, you can make profit from proving services, and even selling it under some circumstances.

But under their 'Terms' in the same website they state:
No materials published by Calendarscripts on this web site, in whole or in part, may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without prior written permission from Kiboko Labs Ltd.

They have to decide, are they open source or not? that's what I mean by misleading. telling it's open source and putting in the "small lines" it's not doesnt help.
