On Twentyfifteen theme my sidebar scrolled down right after the page loaded, when it's supposed to be not to.

This actually seems to be a bug in Twenty Fifteen itself. I will file a Trac ticket with the WordPress.org team for this and submit a patch, but it may take a while as we have a lot on our plate right now... I'll keep you updated in this thread.
