Hey Paul,

Thanks for your honest feedback, and I apologize for any confusion about what the plugin is capable of. We don't want to mislead anyone and so do mention in the description that in order to display photos or videos you'd need to upgrade to the Pro version:

To display photos, videos, the number of likes, shares and Idea for each Facebook post, multiple layout options, post filtering by type or #hashtag/string and more then upgrade to the Pro version.

I understand that this could be clearer though and so I've made a note to address this.

We do have to reserve some features for a Pro version as it takes a lot of time and resources to continually update and support a free plugin that's used by several hundred-thousand people, especially one that's based on a social media platform that's continually changing and has so many nuances :)
