I have recently switched to the Storefront theme and am trying to make a few changes to the site http://www.splintersboardshop.com, which is still very early in the development stages!

I would like to center the logo -- if I use some of the codes that are in other threads, they center the image, but move it down so a portion of it is covering the primary menu

I would also like to create a second horizontal menu, with images in place of text for the titles -- such as the one on http://www.tactics.com, with brand images. I have already set up the secondary menu with the images in place, but when I activate the menu it displays the 7 images I am using vertically instead of horizontally.

Thanks!

On your secondary menu you could try adding the css for horizontally displaying it:

.your-secondary-menu li {display: inline-block;}

You'll have to change the class: ".your-secondary-menu" to the class of your secondary menu

But hard to know exactly what you're trying to do without exact images.

Hey,

Centering the logo isn't really going to work while the search is there. Or were you trying to remove that as well?

For your logo-menu, I'd recommend just adding a widget to the 'below header' widget region and add your code in there. Better yet, if you're using the Brands extension, you can just add the built in widget.
