Hello,

I really like the plugin and have used it on numerous occasions.

On one particular site, the Coming Soon page came up fine when it was activated. After I have launched the site, I have disabled it and then deleted the plugin. But the coming soon page itself still appears on that browser.

I have deleted all cache, cookies and history, and even looked at the site in incognito, but it still appears on that browser (Firefox). On Chrome, it doesn't appear there.

Any suggestions on how can I stop it from appearing?

Thanks,
Ahmed

Hi,

For some reason, this is what I see in my main browser, which is Firefox: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B32Hf1DRZpoCeEdPQW91THltdHc. That screenshot is what my Coming Soon page used to look like before I disabled and deleted the plugin.

It's not like that on other browsers and it's not like that for other visitors like yourself.

Do you know if there is something missing, where I need to remove a certain feature after using the plugin to remove the Coming Soon screen completely?

The only thing it could be is it's cached somewhere. If you go to https://www.igniterock.com/?ee3224423 (The string at the end is a cache buster)

You'll probably see your real site.

I guess I'll just have to see whether I can remove the cache elsewhere, because I've done that via the browser and softwares.

But as long as that's what people see, that's the most important thing.

Thanks for helping me out though.

No problem! Cheers

I've got it.

It seems that when you visit without www, it brings up the coming soon page http://igniterock.com

But with www, it works fine: https://www.igniterock.com

Any reason why that is? I may need to organise redirects eventually but is there a quick fix to this.

This url http://igniterock.com/ is being served by your caching plugin WP Rocket. You can view the source and see a comment. Might check with them and see how to clear that cache.

A side note typically www redirects to non www or vice versa. You may check your configuration as well.
