storeapps on "[Plugin: Email Subscribers & Newsletters] Cron Not working"

Please don't give me a canned answer referring me to any documentation. I have been referred to the documentation multiple times and I have been through it all multiple times. I need a real answer.

The cron and only the cron is not working. When I send a test notification to four or five different emails using four or five different domains all the emails go through. But when I schedule a cronjob going to the same emails, it doesn't work. I get this message telling me it worked:

"Hi Admin,

Mail has been sent successfully to 4 email(s). Please find the details below.

Unique ID : dxslhn-xpfdeo-qpvyef-efhwkj-yiosmb
Start Time: 2016-07-22 13:52:32
End Time: 2016-07-22 13:52:32
For more information, Login to your Dashboard and go to Sent Mails menu in Email Subscribers.

But it didn't work. Why send the message saying it worked when it didn't work? That doesn't make sense.

Maybe something is set wrong, but the documentation you all keep referring me to doesn't show it. I go through that documentation step by step. My first thought is I am using the wrong "command" message in the cron set up in the cpanel. What I am supposed to use for the command message?

Other cron jobs for simply just scheduling a post on the site have worked. So why is this plugin not working?
