almalibre on "Only see changes when I shift reload"

Hello,
I just added a blog to my website: http://www.inpuertomorelos.com/ Since doing so I can only see my changes to the site when I hit shift reload. The blog should be called "beach reads blog" if you are seeing the version I want people to see. If it is called "Beach Reads: The Blog" you are seeing the wrong (old) version.
It also seems to reload the old version when I hit the link to my main page.
I have uninstalled all Plugins, with no luck. Tried logging out and in.
I am running picochic theme.
Not sure what I have done wrong here.
Help please.

I am seeing Beach Reads Blog as you have described.

This might be a caching issue within your browser locally? Have you tried a different browser or clearing cookies/cache within the current one your using?

Let me know, seems to look exactly the way you want it from what I'm understanding.

It looks right now. I don't know what was going on yesterday. I had cleared my cash, tried other browsers and other devices and it was not updating.
Seems to be working now.
