You don't have to buy anything, each of our plugins does its job completely. The pixel plugin helps you manage the FB pixel code (with tons of useful options, Dynamic Ads pixel setup included).

Creating feeds is a totally different task and it happens that we offer a product for this as well. You don't have to buy it, you can use a different plugin for this or you can create your own solution.
