kurt7675 on "[Plugin: JS Support Ticket] PO File Changed but plug in will not change"

Hello, Opening a new post here since my last one got buried

I still am unable to change "departments" to products.

I have edited the js_support_ticket_en_US.po file

"
msgid "Department has not been stored"
msgstr "Product has not been stored"

msgid "Department Name"
msgstr "Product Name"

Create the MO files
uploaded it back to my ftp overwrite the old file and still nothing changes. I have actually changed Every js_support_ticket.po file in the languages folder and still nothing!

What am I doing wrong? I need to get this fixed very soon

Please generate .mo file from your .po file and upload in
../wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/languages/

Ahmad I have done this.
It still will not change

There is two more things I would like to change from "department" to "products"

Department transfer on the actual ticket it self.

and Departments on the control panel
