For some reason the lookup function doesn't retus my business, I have both API enable (Places and Map).
I set-up y business as a "traveller business" and also check the box saying customers can come at my office.
Please find my Google Business location setting here :

An idea what could be wrong ?
With this link I'm able to fetch a JSON file of my business with the reviews but still the lookup function of the pluggin isn't working for my business.

If it can help to solve this problem, I have found that the Google Places's Place ID finder lookup feature cannot either find my business.

Most likely this is because your business is not yet what we call "Reviews Ready". Read the doc here on that:
https://wordimpress.com/documentation/google-places-reviews/google-places-reviews-101/
This usually comes down to checking the box that says "Yes, I serve customers at this physical location".

I'm waiting for an answer from the Google My Business support team.

Unfortunately, Google only offers embedding reviews on your site for brick and mortar businesses.
