Massoud Shakeri on "[Plugin: WooCommerce 'Email Money Transfer' Payment Gateway] E-transfer option suddenly missing from checkout"

Hey there,

The e-transfer payment option is suddenly missing from my customer's site. I've gone through and updated all plugins and the theme however that didn't solve the problem.

The e-transfer option is enabled in woocommerce along with paypal, however on the checkout page only paypal is displayed.

They haven't changed any configuration or modified anything that could have caused this.

Before I start digging into the issue and making a custom fix to force it to display, I'm wondering if this is a known issue or if you have any direction that might lead to a quick fix.

Hi,
I am not aware of any specific problem with this plugin.
My guess is it should be a simple setting in Woocommerce or the product itself that makes e-transfer not to be shown. like "Enable EMAIL if the order is virtual", in e-transfer settings.

If you limit e-transfer for certain shipping methods, it will be restricted to that shipping.
My suggestion is to look for simple things first.
