Mike Jolley on "[Plugin: WooCommerce] Looks promising but support seems poor"

Be prepared for a long wait if you ever need technical support from a woo "ninja" - I suspect the team behind woocommerce are unaware of what a nija is supposed to be, unless they're trying to go for the whole "Watch out! Ninja's strike when you least expect them to... weeks after you really needed some help, and you've moved onto a different plugin." thing, but I doubt that was the intention.

I'm nearly at the giving up stage now as I've been desperate for help, which hasn't materialised.

Who knows - maybe this review will goad them into action or changing the way that things are done.
Maybe support for paid plugins/extentions is better, but if things are that bad, then don't offer free stuff, or at least state that you're on your own if you want to use said free stuff.

Meh.
