Hey dalooch,

Sorry that you feel that this is a horrible plugin. We have many, many happy users of the plugin who would disagree with you, but I also understand that you are entitled to your opinion.

We make sure to state clearly in our plugin description what this plugin is capable of doing and what it is not. Did you read the description of the plugin before installing it? Please could you tell me where in our plugin description we have not been upfront with you so that I can change it immediately? To my knowledge, everything we have listed is possible with this entirely free plugin. We clearly state:

To display photos, videos, the number of likes, shares and Idea for each Facebook post, multiple layout options, post filtering by type or #hashtag/string and more then upgrade to the Pro version.

We certainly have no desire to waste anyone's time, and so if any of the features listed above are a must-have for you and you have no budget to upgrade to the Pro version then we'd definitely advise either finding a different free plugin which meets your needs.

I understand that non-profit organizations don't have a budget for paid plugins, which is why we usually offer generous discounts to non-profits and have even given away copies of the plugin before to organizations we feel could benefit from it. I'm a big dog lover, and have fostered dogs for a non-profit organization in the past, and so would have been excited to help you in any way I could to use the plugin on your site.

I can assure you that most plugin developers are not money-grabbing monsters who write code and sit around trying to rip people off. We're normal people who have to make a living from our business like everyone else in order to put food on the table and pay the bills. Please try to remember this the next time you leave a review with a personal attack in it like this.

If you ever change your mind about our plugin and need any help with it then just let me know and I'd be happy to go above and beyond to help, just as I do with all of our users.
