Caleb Burks on "[Plugin: WooCommerce] Products on one category Dissapeared"

Yesterday I updated Woocommerce to version 2.6. This 'broke the site' and I retored it back to the current version (i'm still quite new to this and didn't want the live site to be down)
The problem I have now, is some of the categories/prdocuts have dissapeared from the site, but only on one of the categories(although still in the back end). The link is

Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. Then run the update. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that's causing the conflict.
