bdbrown on "[Theme: Hueman] empty sidebar"

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I hope someone can help me figure out what to do.

I installed the plugin TLP Team (https://wordpress.org/plugins/tlp-team/) which offers a grid with teamm members with a link to an individual page with detail bio.
The sidebars for this individual bio page are visible, but empty, even when in the customizer I apply the primary and secondary sidebar to "all contexts".

The author says:"To add sidebar need to add code <?php get_sidebar(); ?>" but I have no idea what he meanss and where to add this code.

Hi Marion. The theme already uses the get_sidebar() function. I see the plugin comes with a widget. Did you add that widget to one of your sidebars? Can you post a link to your site? Thanks.
