Looking to hire a new designer

I am looking to add another designer to my team, would need 2 to 5 designs a month and will pay $70 to $100 per design depending on detail.

We only design logos for Fire departments
All logos must be vector absolutely no clipart and no copying
Usually required in 5 days, a sketch to start is a big help.
