$60 - Redraw this photo on a new background

For this project, I am looking to tribute to a fishing catch. I was out fishing by myself in snowy conditions, and did not get the photo I really wanted. Although I did get some cool video. I am looking to do 3 things

(I am not expecting a ton of details in contest, I just want to see that you can redraw the image with your own unique art form. Once selected we can work out details like background, snow, etc.) . I am really just looking for step 1 rough draft for contest.
