SMS Instant message chat added to a US site

Hello, I would like to know whether it is possible to add an sms instant chat to an online psychic website in the United States. Where someone can message from a phone and or inteet and get an instant reply from an online reader. Not web chat I have this, more like a message service where a prompt can be sent out each week, and people can reply to this or just send a message and it will get a reply.
