How to target the best users for my game?

Hello, I've ran multiple Google Ads campaign to my game and i get insane number of clicks 800-2k and the conversions are 80-170 a day. Conversions are counted for users who had played for over 8 minutes Wich is very possible since the game is an online social game where you can chat create your house and infinite things to do.

Problem I've seen are that 80% of the traffic are kids from 10-13 years old and some can't even write or read, how to avoid this? the audience min age is 18.
