Cashback theme or script

Hi, I am looking for a suitable script or theme to start a cashback website. I have searched almost every page of google but didn't find it tho. there are some on 1st page but seem useless. one of them is good but too much expensive.

There are thousands of cashback websites. that have almost the same functionalities and even the same sections. I believe that not every website is using custom-developed code. most of them are using a pre-built script or theme.
