Hello, I need to make html layout of elements list based of figma pages

and I wonder in which I have to implement this list, as many elements have

position: absolute;
width: InetegerValueInPx;
height: InetegerValueInPx;
left: InetegerValueInPx;
top: InetegerValueInPx;
