I run a 3 man agency where we run ads for brands on FB and IG.

Recently I was tasked with revamping Facebook ad strategy for a skincare brand. Up until this point, they were breaking even at best and hugely unprofitable at worst (think spending $300 on ads and getting no sales). Their average ROAS was 0.6 over a 6 month period, meaning that every dollar they spent on ads, they made back 60 cents. Not profitable at all.
