Pages aren't indexed in Google's Index

I have noticed that the site index is picking up every page on my website, but Google seems to be missing some of them. I remember submitting new pages to Google Search Console, but Google saying it is not indexed.

Is Google not submitting ALL my links? Or are they leaving some out? WordPress ...
