Techn0guy on "lostpassword_url filter is not changing the lost password link."

Hello,

I am trying to change the link of "Lost your password?" on the login page. I have the following in my functions.php file:

add_filter( 'lostpassword_url', 'wdm_lostpassword_url', 10, 0 );
function wdm_lostpassword_url() { retu site_url('/signin?action=lostpassword');
}

and it is till not changing. Can anyone provide insight as to why it is not?
