If I want a theme with the loading speed of more than 90%+++
What do I have to do?

Mobile : 75/100 Speed
Desktop : 84/100 Speed

We have made all possible improvements. If you want you can increase the loading speed yourself following recommendations.
For example the default theme have:
Mobile : 61/100 Speed
Desktop : 81/100 Speed
