I tried to create a Future Event for the timeline but instead of getting published, it becomes "Scheduled Post" and is not included in the timeline. :D

This is just a feature suggestion. Can you give us the option to create a timeline for Future Events? A cool way of presenting your future gigs if you are an artist/celebrity/band.

Open includes/cool_timline_template.php
* You can do it from the plugin editor

Line 200 :'posts_per_page' => $ctl_post_per_page,

Add after it : 'post_status' => array( 'publish', 'future' ),
