I have the same problem since updating WP Smush.

When edit page loads, console has error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'id' of undefined

When I click the Add Media button the following error appears: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'audio' of undefined

Both errors originate in load-scripts.php (load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5B%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,quicktags,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-mouse,jquery-ui-sortable,postbox,underscore&load%5B%5D=,backbone,wp-util,wp-backbone,media-models,plupload,wp-plupload,mediaelement,wp-mediaelement,media-views&ver=4.4.2)

Disabling WP Smush fixes the issue.
