I had checked the link that you had given to raise a premium ticket and found that all the details are mandatory to be provided including the system information. But unfortunately I could not provide the system information or error log information since the plugin option is not even getting listed on the left side menu. Only if the plugin gets listed/appear in the menu, then I can collect those information, but since it is not so could not provide those details in the ticket and so could not raise the ticket.
I am sorry that I could not provide more information as there is the technical limitation.
Could you please check with the provided information and let me know.
