portpass1974 on "[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Export problem"

Exact same symptoms (and versions) here, and happening on multiple sites. We use the U-Design premium theme on both sites, but even after switching to the Twenty Fifteen default theme on one of them it still has this problem.

Checking with the Firefox Inspector tool, it looks like when the page initially loads, it populates all of the fields properly (rendered directly into the HTML), not through AJAX), but the AJAX request is only retuing the HTML for the default fields.

I checked with another user of our sites who uses this more frequently, and she indicated that it worked fine before a couple of weeks ago.

It feels like a bug in the latest version(s) -- any suggestion for where to file a bug report?
