amysan84 on "[Plugin: Regenerate Thumbnails] Where is the plug in?!"

I have Installed the Regenerate plug in, but cant find it anywhere!
I have looked everywhere and cant find it-im using wordpress version 4.4.2 and theme twenty thirteen version 1.3
Any help is appreciated
